The NBN performance issues effecting Warragul and surrounding suburbs have been confirmed as resolved by NBN and our testing also confirms this. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience during these issues.

We have been advised and can confirm via testing that some services effected are now fully operational again. We are continuing to work with NBN on the remaining area effected and will provide a further update shortly.

NBN have advised they are continuing to work on resolving the issue effecting Warragul and surrounding suburbs. NBN's team will be working overnight on the issue and we will provide a further update at approximately 8am tomorrow morning.

Unfortunately we have no further news in relation to an ETA for resolution of the NBN performance issues in Warragul and surrounding areas. We will continue to chase and escalate and provide an update once available.

The NBN performance issues effecting Warragul and surrounding suburbs is on-going. We are continuing to work through and escalate the problem with the relevant upstream providers and expect to provide a further update in the next 60 to 90 minutes.

We continue to chase and escalate this performance issue, however have not yet been provided an ETA for resolution. If any information is received this evening we will provide an update, if there is no further news the next update will be approximately 9am Monday. NBN services in Warragul and surrounding suburbs are experiencing substantial performance issues. The issue has been lodged with NBN and is effecting multiple service providers in the area. Further updates will be advised as soon as they are provided to Ace.
