Please note all users who were effected by this issue have now been moved to a new wholesale provider.

If you are still experiencing problems with your service and have not advised our support team please do so by calling 1300 223 266.

As advised previously the wholesale supplier responsible for providing the services that are effected by this partial ADSL broadband outage is in financial difficulty and has been placed into voluntary administration.

As some users will be aware we have made arrangements to move any service effected to a new wholesale provider. We expect the majority of these transfers to take place between Monday and Wednesday.

Some users are currently reporting that service access has been restored. We have received no official confirmation of this being the case however we do request any user having a problem to try turning their modem off for 5 minutes and back on again to see if access is restored.

For those effected we sincerely thank you for your continued patience and understanding. Please be assured we have and continue to do everything we can to restore your service access as a priority.

We have also been advised that the administrator of the current wholesale provider is working to have service access restored to those effected however there is no ETA on this taking place.

Our upstream supplier is still working to resolve the ADSL outage affecting some services. We will continue to follow up for status updates and advise you once we receive an ETA for resolution. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
