Confirming that all services have been on-line and stable since late yesterday. It has been confirmed the source of the outage was damage to multiple Fibre services owned by three different carriers. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue and thank you for your patience throughout yesterday afternoon.

Please be advised that while services have been restored there may be performance issues (reduced speeds) throughout the evening as repairs continue. This incident will remain open until confirmation of full resolution.

Thank you again for your understanding throughout this afternoon and we are sincerely sorry for the interruption this Fibre cut has caused.

Services are currently coming back online that were effected by this outage. We will provide a further update shortly.

We have been advised that the Fibre repair field team has identified two separate Fibres have been damaged. As a result of this the restore time of 4PM will not be met unfortunately. We will advise as soon as we receive an updated estimated restore time.

We have been advised the service issues/outage is caused by a Fibre cut to a data centre in VIC. A fibre repair team is currently on site with an estimated restoration time of 4PM AEDST.

We believe the current service issues are being caused by a Fibre Cut or Equipment failure related to a VIC based data centre. Please be advised that as some traffic has been re-routed to NSW that NSW based services may also be experiencing performance issues.

Engineers are continuing to work on the issue and we will provide further updates ASAP. We are very sorry for the on-going inconvenience this issue is causing and thank you for your understanding during this time.

Our upstream supplier has confirmed there is an outage effecting a number of services. Their engineering team is currently working on the issue. We will provide an estimated time of resolution as soon as this information is available. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by this outage.
